Why choose us
Anyone can send a tempo. These are the things that make a shift go smoothly — and the reason our customers come back.
The price does not change
Many complaints in this business are about the bill going up on delivery day. We give a written quote after seeing your goods, and that is what you pay unless you add items yourself.
Packing is where we spend time
Most damage comes from weak packing. Glass and crockery are wrapped piece by piece, electronics get bubble wrap and frames, and furniture is covered fully before it leaves the room.
Trained, uniformed men
Our packers work with us full time. They are trained on lifting in pairs, tight staircases, and how to behave inside a customer's house.
Everything is written down
A goods list is made before loading and signed by both sides. At delivery the same list is checked box by box, so nothing goes missing quietly.
One supervisor, one number
You do not explain your job again and again to different people. One supervisor handles your shift start to end.
Right vehicle for the load
A small tempo for a few items, a bigger closed truck for a full home. We do not squeeze goods into a small vehicle to save cost.
Local knowledge
We know which societies need a shifting letter, which buildings have small lifts, and where the vehicle has to be parked.
We settle problems
If something is damaged because of us, the supervisor reports it the same day and we repair or settle it.
Our promise, in four lines
- The price we tell you is the price you pay.
- We reach on the date and time we agreed.
- You always talk to one person, not a call centre.
- If we damage something, we accept it and settle it — no arguments.
How we train our staff
New men do not start as packers. They first work as helpers with a senior packer for weeks — learning how to wrap glass, how to hold a fridge, how to walk on a wet staircase, and how to behave inside someone's home. Only then are they allowed to pack on their own. This is slow for us, but it is the reason your goods reach safely.
If something goes wrong
Even with the best packing, an accident can happen on a bad staircase. When it does, we do not hide it. The supervisor tells you the same day, we note it in writing, and we repair or settle it. Customers do not mind a mistake as much as they mind being fooled.
